Bylaw Enforcement

The primary objectives of Enforcement Services is to ensure the following: 

  • public safety
  • protect County roads and infrastructure through commercial vehicle enforcement
  • promote traffic safety on municipal controlled roadways
  • provide animal control services
  • ensure bylaw and development compliance
  • ensure public complaints are handled in a prompt and expedient manner.

Send the completed form directly to Thorhild County Bylaw/ Enforcement Services.   
If you have problems fill out the form, please contact the County Office at 780-398-3741 during normal office hours.
