Bob Layton from 630 CHED explains how he picked up a Go East of Edmonton magazine and toured the region.  He tells listeners that with the high costs of plane travel he chose to stay in Alberta and British Columbia this summer and use the Go East of Edmonton magazine to plan his next trip.  In his editorial, he included how he visited the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village and stopped in Radway for the 3-day Indoor Country Music Festival.  He also boasts he saw the Legal Murals, Vegreville Chuckwagon Races, UFO Landing Pad in St. Paul, and the Battle River Railway Train with the Vintage Hotel!  He has encouraged others to attend all the great car shows, rodeos, fairs, and various other events listed on the Go East of Edmonton website and to pick up a Travel Guide to plan their next vacation.

We were very excited to hear about this great on-air promotion of our Go East members and wanted to share it with you.  To hear the Bob Layton Editorial – May 21, 2019 – Travelling Alberta on 630 CHED
