Road Closure Notice: Range Road 223

UPDATE:

Range Road 223 has reopened with one lane only on the bridge. In addition, the speed limit is reduced to 50 km/hr through the bridge.


Range Road 223 between Township Roads 604 & 610 is closed due to a damaged bridge. As a result, only local traffic is allowed on this portion of RR 223.

Further information will be provided once the engineer assesses the bridge structure and repair options are explored. Please follow signage and use alternative routes in the meantime.

Due to construction on the electricity grid there is a planned power outage scheduled for Sunday, September 21st from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM that will affect the entire Town of Cardston. Area: (Town of Cardston)

The Town of Crossfield has issued a boil water advisory.

The Town of Crossfield advises that the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect. Results from water quality testing by Alberta Health Services are still pending, and the Town anticipates we will be able to provide further direction on the advisory by Saturday evening. Area: (Areas within Crossfield town boundaries.)
