The 2024 tax and assessment notices were mailed on May 30, 2024.  Your notice may have an error on the “Previous/Credit Balance” line.  If your tax notice includes this error, the “Total Property Taxes Due” line will also be wrong.

     Example

     Current Taxes:                           $   500.00
     Previous/Credit Balance:     $     500.00
     Total Property Taxes Due:     $ 1,000.00
