Road Order 01-2025

Effective April 3, 2025.

Effective Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 8:00 AM, 75% axle weight restrictions will be enforced on select municipal roads. These restrictions are necessary to preserve the integrity and lifespan of municipal roadways.

Wildfire near UCHV. RCMP Advising Nearby Residents to prepare for evacuation (as precaution).

A wildfire has broken out near Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village. Crews from Lamont County and mutual aid are working to contain this fire. Area: (East of Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village and on Highway 16.)

UPDATE: Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village Wildfire. No evacuation needed at this time.
