9-1-1 Services in Northwest Alberta are now operational through partner 9-1-1 agencies. Telus continues to investigate the outage. The critical alert is being downgraded to an advisory. Area: (This alert is in effect for Northwest Alberta.)

Grande Prairie 9-1-1 is currently experiencing technical difficulties and is unavailable. Telus is investigating. This outage affects the ability to call 9-1-1 on both cell phones and landlines.
