Delegations to Council

In order to ensure that you and all other delegations have a fair and equal opportunity to be heard by Council, your presentation will be subject to the guidelines on the Delegation Request Form.

Written requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the Council meeting that you wish to attend to allow administration to conduct any background research.

Your information and any attachments/materials distributed will be collected for the purpose of creating an agenda package that is available to the public and posted electronically on the website.

Public meetings of County Council are audio recorded and are available on the website.
